A record number of people poured into the City of Armadale on December 1 for the annual Carols by Candlelight and Christmas parade event.
Beginning at 6pm in the CBD, the parade travelled east down Jull Street to Memorial Park where attendees were treated to carols from local choirs, children’s activities and a giant interactive snow globe.
The Armadale City Concert Band was in attendance to lead listeners during the evening.
Of course the North Pole’s most high-profile resident made the trip to Memorial Park to celebrate the occasion.
