A random breath test of 801 drivers in Kelmscott last week caught five drivers who were affected by drugs and alcohol.
About 9am on February 15 police began random breath tests of drivers in Kelmscott travelling north on Albany Highway.
Police said five people gave positive readings for drugs while eight others were charged for other offences.
