Jarrahdale Equestrian Centre hosted the Tom Curtin and the Katherine Outback Experience on Wednesday January 13 with great results.

The family friendly event was a country and western concert show, with an audience of approximately 400.

Salli Galvin founder of the Jarrahdale Equestrian Centre said the event was a slice of good old-fashioned country fun.

“The kids enjoyed themselves immensely, and the adults enjoyed the beautiful backdrop of the Jarrahdale hills and the setting sun as they were entertained with dogs, horses and country music,” she said.

Food and drink they had available included a full bar, gourmet beef burgers and hot chips.

Tom Curtin and the Katherine Outback Experience included authentic horse breaking and riding trickery, working dog demonstrations, funny bush stories and live music.

Jarrahdale Equestrian Centre said the event was a huge success and there will be more events like it in the future.

Tom Curtin will return to Jarrahdale Equestrian Centre next year during the 2022 summer tour.
