After its successful debut last year, Hoedown at Harmony returns this Friday, October 4.

Hosted by the City of Gosnells, the free event will feature food trucks, live music, carnival rides, interactive games, line dancing, pony rides, an animal petting zoo, and much more, ensuring fun for the entire family.

Visitors are encouraged to bring a picnic rug and chairs to enjoy a delicious variety of American-style fare available from a selection of food trucks, and they are welcome to pull on their boots and have a go at line dancing, with all rides and activities free.

Mayor Terresa Lynes said last year’s debut was a significant success, reflecting the community’s desire for family-friendly events within the City.

“We are thrilled to be bringing another exciting community event filled with good food, live music, line dancing and fun rides,” Mayor Lynes said.

“We had a fantastic turnout to our first Hoedown last year, and this year will be even bigger and better.”

The country-style atmosphere will be complemented by performances from popular bands The Rough Housers and Country Legends, along with Perth musician Andrew Winton.

Hoedown at Harmony signals the start of the City of Gosnells 2024/25 events season, featuring beloved community celebrations such as the Fusion Food and Culture Festival, Sunset Cinemas, and Jingle All the Way, plus the addition of three free concerts at Pioneer Park.
