An Armadale man who assaulted and threatened a taxi driver with an imitation gun has been arrested.
Armadale Detectives have charged a 61-year-old man after the incident in Armadale on Saturday, November 23.
Police have alleged a fight broke out between the man and a taxi driver.
During the fight, it is alleged the 61-year-old man damaged the taxi and threatened the driver with what appeared to be a firearm.
During a search of a home on Lewis Court in Armadale, police located and seized more than 20 imitation and home-made firearms.
The 61-year-old man from Armadale has been charged with assault, criminal damage, and being armed in a way that may cause fear.
He appeared before the Armadale Magistrates Court on Monday.
