A 53-year-old Warnbro woman has died following a head-on collision in Serpentine on Sunday.
Just before 6pm on the woman was riding her motorcycle west on Karnup Road.
At the same time a Holden Malibu was being driven east on the same road.
The two vehicles collided head-on about one kilometre west of Rapids Road.
The woman died as a result of her injuries.
The driver of the Holden Malibu, a 26-year-old man, received a serious injury to his arm and was taken to hospital.
His three passengers, a 26-year-old woman, a four-year-old girl and an 11-month-old boy were uninjured.
