The City of Armadale’s Hawker’s Markets series is on again and for those who love food, live music and something a little out of the ordinary then this event is for you.

Last year’s Hawker’s Markets were a success and quickly became a popular night out.

Celebrating the cultural diversity of the region the markets are a great way for families to feast on a variety of food and listen to music from all over the world.

There will be an array of food ranging from Moroccan to Turkish, Parisian waffles to the good old spit roast and all in between to tempt the tastebuds of the fussiest of fussy food lovers.

Performances from a range of international artists will include Samoan singers, Japanese drummers, Crystal Jade’s oriental ensemble, accordion aficionado Cathie Travers, and the sublime South American pan pipes played by Chilean band Huaira.

The City of Armadale Hawker’s Markets will be held on November  4 and November 18 at Memorial Park, Orchard Avenue from 5pm to 8.30pm.

The markets are a smoke and alcohol free, family friendly event.
