Byford Classic Car Club members are getting their motors running ahead of the dice run on Saturday.
Club vice president and founder Norm Fowler said the dice run was open to anyone with a love of classic cars.
“It’s just a fun social day for members and visitors to get their cars out and go for a drive,” he said.
“We don’t discriminate against cars so long as it’s your pride and joy and is a bit older so you can have a hot rod or a street car.”
Mr Fowler said the club was welcoming to newcomers and was a good way to socialise with other car lovers.
“It’s good because if you need advice or some spare parts there might be someone at the club who can help you out or put you in touch with a guy who can,” he said.
Mr Fowler said the dice run would run from the Byford Country Club car park at 9.30am and end with a pub lunch.
He said there will be a number of stops to roll the dice throughout the drive and prizes would be handed out.
The cost is $10 per member’s car and $15 per non member’s car.
Lunch is not included in the entry fee.
