Three southern suburbs boys aged 12 and 13-years-old have been charged by police after they rode a stolen motorbike into a community soccer match, threatened patrons with a weapon and stole a handbag.
Police allege the three boys rode a red motorcycle at speed onto Morgan Park while several soccer matches were being played at about 10.15am on Sunday morning.
The boys then rode up to a spectator and stole her bag.
A number of witnesses attempted to apprehend them as they tried to leave but when confronted the boys began threatening with a large knife.
The boys left the park but were located by police shortly afterwards at homes in Armadale and Brookdale.
The 13-year-old boy from Brookdale was charged with stealing a motor vehicle, having no authority to drive, reckless driving, aggravated armed robbery and acts or omissions likely to endanger life, health or safety.

A 12-year-old boy from Armadale was charged with stealing a motor vehicle, aggravated armed robbery, acts or omissions likely to endanger life, health or safety, stealing from a person, two counts of stealing and aggravated robbery.
They will appear in Perth Children’s Court today.
