A 24-year-old Byford man has died after falling from the second floor of the abandoned power station in North Coogee on Saturday night.
According to police the man and a woman were inside the Old Power Station in MacTaggart Cove in North Coogee about 5.40pm when the man fell about 15 metres through a hole in the second floor.
Emergency services attended and provided the man with medical assistance but the man died at the scene a short time later.
Police will prepare a report for the Coroner.
