Major crash officers are investigating a fatal crash in Kelmscott on Monday morning.
A white Ford Falcon utility travelling south on Streich Avenue collided with a parked orange Hino school bus outside a church near Denny Avenue about 10.10am
The driver of the Ford, an 88-year-old Gosnells man, suffered serious injuries and was taken to Royal Perth Hospital where he later died.
Major crash investigators are seeking witnesses who may have seen either vehicle driving in the Kelmscott area prior to the crash or witnessed the crash to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
