On the morning of March 3 a utility vehicle drove off the road on Streich Avenue, Armadale and crashed through a fence to the train tracks. It came to a stop in a ditch.
The Public Transport Authority said services were not interrupted by the incident, but the fencing would need to be repaired or replaced.
Police could not provide any details of the incident but it was reported that the driver suffered a medical emergency, which caused the crash.
The identity and status of the driver is unknown.
