Armadale Detectives have charged a 16 year old Rockingham boy after a string of vehicle and firearm thefts in Perth’s south eastern suburbs.
The thefts occurred in East Victoria Park, Serpentine, Oakford, Roleystone, Lesmurdie, Oakford, Byford, Karragullen, Seville Grove and Rockingham during December 2016 and January 2017.
As a result of inquiries detectives executed a search warrant at a home on Brown Crescent, Seville Grove on January 29 2017.
It will be alleged during the search police located and seized six stolen rifles.
He was charged with six counts of stealing, five counts of steal motor vehicle, two counts of home burglary and commit, one count of aggravated home burglary and commit and one count of aggravated burglary and commit.
He will appear before the Perth Children’s Court on February 9.
