A 41-year-old female motorcyclist from Erskine died from her injuries after crashing into a tree near Serpentine yesterday.
At about 4.00pm two motorcyclists were travelling south on Westcott Road near Henderson Road when one of the riders noticed a black coloured Kymco had collided with a tree.
The man called an ambulance and administered first aid to the woman and police and paramedics were called but she died at the scene.
Major Crash investigators would like to speak to anyone who may have seen the crash, particularly the driver of a dark coloured vehicle who may have been at the above location at the time of the crash, or anyone who saw the motorcycle in the Serpentine area prior to the crash.
