With Christmas quickly approaching, the City of Gosnells is inviting the community to get into the holiday spirit at the Christmas-themed pop-up markets this Sunday, December 8, in the heart of the Gosnells Town Centre at the Lissiman Street Park.
Running from 9 am to 1 pm, the event will feature over 25 stalls showcasing a variety of festive gift ideas and holiday-inspired treasures.
The markets will also include live entertainment and children’s activities, offering something for the whole family to enjoy.
With Lissiman Street Park being a significant investment for the City, Gosnells Mayor Terresa Lynes hopes the markets will attract visitors to central Gosnells and provide them with the opportunity to explore nearby businesses and parks within the area.
“The Christmas Markets provide a great opportunity for locals to venture into the heart of Gosnells, browse through the stalls and maybe even get some Christmas shopping done,” Mayor Terresa Lynes said.
“This is a great way to spend a morning out with friends and family, and it supports local artisans and producers while injecting some vibrancy into the Gosnells Town Centre.
Located at the corner of Lissiman Street and Main Street in Gosnells, the Christmas Markets are the second of six pop-up community markets in the series.
Next year, the park will host more pop-up markets with themes including Gourmet Larder, Vintage Threads, Antiques and Collectables, as well as special markets for Easter and Mother’s Day.
