A sea of colour, food and music will fill the Dogs West grounds on Saturday when the Australian Arab Association hosts its annual Multicultural Eid Carnival.
Attended by more than 12,000 people last year, the association believes this year will have even more entertainment for the family.
Association president Salim Youssef said this year would include a fireworks display to celebrate the end of Ramadan with people from all cultural backgrounds.
Mr Youssef said West Australians came from a diversity of cultural heritages, making the state an exciting and vibrant place to live.
He said the association conveys the message of understanding and knowledge of different cultures.
The carnival will feature rides, shows and a variety of international cuisines.
It will be held from 11am to 7pm at 602 Warton Road, Southern River.
