Last week’s Mid Week Eats series celebrated Mediterranean culture and community while creating a vibrant hub to spend time with friends and family from all around the world.
Some of the highlights included all the best comfort foods such as pizza, pasta, paella and crepes.
And for all those dessert lovers crème brulee and dutch pancakes were also available.
However the six part food truck series is not over yet and this week’s celebrations kick off with a brand new theme.
This week’s Bollywood Bazaar will take you on a trip to India, Malaysia and Thailand, so prepare your tastebuds for some hot and spicy butter chicken, pad thai and satay, cooled down with fresh juice, popsicles and giant macarons.
Each experience has a range of live performances and music along with some of the best traditional dishes from each region.
