A 32-year-old Oldbury man has been charged today in relation to the crash on Mundijong Road on October 10.
He has been charged with dangerous driving occasioning grievous bodily harm and dangerous driving occasioning bodily harm.
He is due to appear in the Armadale Magistrates Court on November 8.
