Yet another accident in Denny Avenue, Kelmscott caused traffic chaos during peak hour on Monday.
A Holden Barina and Hyundai Veloster collided at the Denny Avenue–Streich Avenue intersection about 3pm on Monday.
St John ambulance officers attended but both drivers only received minor injuries.
The intersection has been the subject of controversy over the past year with residents concerned it was a hot spot for accidents.
It also drew the ire from former Prime Minister Tony Abbott who travelled along Denny Avenue and said it was a ‘shemozzle’.
Traffic lights were expected to be operational at the intersection by December.
