Streich Avenue southbound is closed at the Denny Avenue intersection in Kelmscott after a white Holden Commodore and Ford Falcon taxi collided this morning.
The taxi sustained damaged to its front end while the Holden Commodore it collided with received damage to the drivers side.
It was unclear how the crash occurred.
Firefighters attended the scene to clean up a fluid spill as a result of the crash.
Police have blocked Streich Avenue.
The crash follows another incident on Denny Avenue on Saturday night.
The Streich Avenue Denny Avenue intersection was upgraded with traffic lights in December last year in an effort to improve traffic flow and reduce accidents.
