A teenage girl is in hospital following a crash between a truck and an allegedly stolen car in Maddington this afternoon.
A police spokesman said the crash happened just after 1pm on Tonkin Highway near Gosnells Road West.
He said a grey Nissan, which had been reported stolen, crossed the median strip and collided with a truck.
He said four police units attended the scene and a lane had to be closed.
It was not yet confirmed how many people were in the Nissan at the time of the crash but a St John Ambulance spokesman confirmed a teenage girl had been taken to Armadale Kelmscott Memorial Hospital.
She was believed to be in a non-critical condition.
