The vehicle was spotted later that day in Chidlow and then again at about 12noon in Glen Forrest when Mundaring Police caught up with the alleged offenders.
Both men were charged with stealing a motor vehicle and numerous other property offences.
They appeared at the Perth Magistrates Court on October 22 and were remanded to reappear on November 19.
While the Landcruiser has been found, the Jayco Sterling caravan was last seen about 7am in Chidlow on October 21.
