Enjoy an exciting range of dishes from to restaurants including The Shorehouse, Lucky Chans, Print Hall, Nobu and Bistro Guillaume to name a few.
Each restaurant will create three or four signature dishes in taste-sized portions starting
at $6 per dish.
Take your mouth on a tour of the globe with dishes including Shark Bay cuttle fish and blue swimmer crab, pig head tacos, yellowtail sashimi and leg of duck confit.
A new feature, Chefs’ Secrets, will allow visitors the chance to cook and dine with some of Perth’s culinary superstars including Hadleigh Troy from Restaurant Amusé, Joel Valvasori from Lalla Rookh and Robert Murphy from Bistro Guillaume.
